Alexis Gram Nominated for Academic Award

Alexis Gram, a Senior Criminal Justice major of Minerva, OH, was recently nominated for The McMaster/Drushal Junior Prize at the 35th annual Dewald Honors dinner at the University of Mount Union.

The Dewald Honors Dinner is made possible by the late Dr. Donald and Effie Dewald. It is held each year to recognize students' academic performances. Students who have attained Dean's List status during one or more semesters in the previous year, have participated in the Honors Program, are Presidential Scholars or are Investment Alliance Award recipients are all invited to the celebration. The class leader awards are given to one student in each class who has the highest grade point average at the close of the year and who is deemed to be the most worthy. The Faculty/Staff Prize is awarded to one member of the junior class who has shown extraordinary achievement in his or her academic program.
