Amanda Layman Honored for Involvement in Greek Life at Mount Union

Amanda Layman, a Senior Psychology major of Aurora, Ohio, received the Outstanding Governing Board Officer Award for involvement in Alpha Delta Pi during the 2015 Greek Awards held recently at the University of Mount Union.

Individual awards were given to members who have achieved a high level of exceptional leadership and involvement within the Greek community.

Chapter awards were given to the chapters that have achieved a high level of excellence in their respected areas. Most Improved GPA was awarded to Alpha Xi Delta and Phi Kappa Tau; Highest New Member GPA was awarded to Alpha Xi Delta and Phi Kappa Tau; Highest Chapter GPA was awarded to Delta Sigma Tau and Phi Kappa Tau; Excellence in Scholarship Programing was awarded to Alpha Delta Pi and Phi Kappa Tau; Excellence in Community Service was awarded to Alpha Delta Pi and Phi Kappa Tau; Excellence in Philanthropy was presented to Alpha Xi Delta and Phi Kappa Tau; Excellence in New Member Education was awarded to Alpha Xi Delta and Sigma Alpha Epsilon; Excellence in Recruitment was presented to Alpha Chi Omega and Sigma Alpha Epsilon; Campus Leadership and Involvement was awarded to Alpha Chi Omega and Phi Kappa Tau and Improvement in Risk Management was presented to Alpha Xi Delta and Phi Kappa Tau.
