Bowling Performs in Choral Christmas Festival at Mount Union

Jocelyn Bowling, sophomore music education major of Middlefield, Ohio, is a member of Cantus Femina at the University of Mount Union.

Concert Choir and Cantus Femina held three performances as part of the annual Christmas Festival: Thursday, December 7 at 11:15 a.m., Friday, December 8 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, December 9 at 7:30 p.m.

The choirs presented "The Glad Season, the Peace of Christmas." Selections include "O Holy Night," "O, Come All Ye Faithful," "Sweet Little Jesus Boy" and "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing," among others.

Concert Choir is open by audition to all students on campus, and it is comprised of students from a wide variety of academic disciplines. Cantus Femina is an all-female choir with the goals of discovering and performing outstanding repertoire for women's voices.
