The University of Mount Union is hosting a new exhibit, featuring the Senior Culminating Experience projects of six UMU seniors. The exhibit will be available to view April 16 through May 9 in the Sally Otto Gallery. Student works include animatic, illustration, pencil, charcoal, mixed media and even tattoos.

ALLIANCE, OH -The Department of Performing Arts at the University of Mount Union will host a Spring Vocal Showcase Recital on Sunday, April 12 at 3 p.m. The event will take place in Presser Recital Hall, located in Cope Music Hall on the university's campus.

The University of Mount Union Concert Choir, Cantus, Kantorei, and Voce Bassa, under the direction of Beth Polen, will present a spring concert entitled, Awakening on Sunday, April 27. The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Brush Performance Hall of the Giese Center for the Performing Arts. The concert features works by Monteverdi, MacMillan, J.S. Bach, Joseph Martin, among others.

Alliance, OH- The University of Mount Union Concert Choir and Cantus will perform as part of the 2024 Winter Festival on December 6 and 7. The show, entitled "The Journey," will be held in Brush Performance Hall in the Giese Center for the Performing Arts. Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Doors will open 30 minutes before the show start time.

The Mount Union Marching Band will perform during a showcase on November 22 at 7:30 p.m. in Brush Performance Hall, located in the Giese Center for the Performing Arts. The marching band, under the direction of Jeff Neitzke, will perform its Pregame Show and Soul of R&B Show, which includes works from Earth, Wind, and Fire and Ted White and Aretha Franklin, among others. The band will also perform their Homecoming and Senior Shows with works by Pharell Williams, Mark James, and Rage Against the Machine, plus more.

The University of Mount Union Jazz Ensemble performed its fall concerts on November 20 in the Gallaher Black Box Theatre and November 27 in Campus Grounds in the Hoover Price Campus Center.
