The following students have been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2018 semester at the University of Mount Union.

Logan McGee '20, an integrated media major of East Canton, Ohio, submitted a project that earned himself and WRMU a national finalist spot in the category of Best Station Imaging at the 2018 College Broadcasters, Inc. (CBI) National Student Production Awards. McGee completed the project as part of his position as WRMU promotions director. The project showcased Mount Union Alumni.

During the weekend of November 15-18, the University of Mount Union Department of Theatre will present "All My Sons" by Arthur Miller. Set after World War II, "All My Sons" features the drama and tragedy of a family overturned by the war, as well as an impeding financial crisis. After a desperate climb to wealth, the family is sent down a tumbling hill full of lies, greed, and loss.

University of Mount Union physics major Joseph Winiecki '18, of Stow, Ohio, was selected to participate in the Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internship program, developed by the United States Department of Energy.

The University of Mount Union's semi-annual "Raider Tank" entrepreneurship pitch competition took place on Monday, October 29, with three students netting a total of $1,200 to help fund their ideas.
